The inSPIRE® journey is designed to be experienced in community.
Small groups create space for honest conversation, spiritual growth, and relational accountability.
The Journey
Your Path to Launching a Discipleship Group
1
Step 1
Purchase the Book
Start with our foundational Christian discipleship resource: inSPIRE®–Faith for a “Whole” Life.
The book introduces the SPIRE framework and guides participants through 12 chapters exploring whole-life discipleship. Pray for insight and application as you read.
Purchase copies for yourself and each group member.
The program works for both experienced leaders and those facilitating their first discipleship group. Groups typically include three or more people. Many groups are led by:
Pastors
Small Group Leaders
Ministry Mentors
Christian Influencers
Church Teams
Everyday Believers

Step 3
Walk the 12-Session Journey
Each chapter is supported by downloadable group discussion questions. A structured group guide that can be used as a companion to the book, or on its own, is coming soon and will include:
Reflection questions
Discussion prompts
Practical exercises
Personal application
Together, participants explore how faith integrates across every dimension of life.
Read a chapter, listen for what God is saying, and respond to the corresponding questions before your group meeting.
Engage Together
When you gather, read Scripture aloud and discuss the questions as a group.
Go Deeper
Don’t feel pressured to cover every question. Instead, linger where the Spirit of God is leading meaningful and transformative conversation.

Step 4
Continue the Journey
Discipleship groups can deepen their formation through an inSPIRE® retreat in the Rocky Mountains. Surrounded by majestic spires, you’ll step away from daily life to reflect, reconnect with God, and strengthen community.
Leaders can also become inSPIRE® champions equipped to host their own regional retreats.
